Key Stage 3 and 4 EAL
- EAL support is focused on the needs of the student.
- Students at Stage 1 cover single word vocabulary, looking at similar topics to those in French and German.
- Students at Stage 2 form simple sentences in the present tense.
- Students at Stages 3 and 4 use the past and future tenses and have intensive work on their grammatical skills, as well as learning the skills required to write essays to support the work covered in the National Curriculum.
